Chad Guzzardo, Principal

Chad Guzzardo is a proven leader in the construction industry. Over the last 10 years, he has managed over $553 million in construction throughout the southeast United States and as far west as Colorado. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, Chad spent 3 years working for the Beck Group, a construction management firm based in Tampa, Florida specializing in education and healthcare facilities.

Returning to Baton Rouge in 2006, Chad has managed some of the city's largest and most high profile projects in the last decade, including the Crescent at University Lakes (A Wampold Development) and the New Woman's Hospital Campus.

After finding success in the corporate realm, Chad determined the next step in his career was to fuel his entrepreneurial spirit and create his own commercial construction firm. His goal was to offer high quality construction management services to other developers in the Baton Rouge area. Since the creation of Centurion Construction Management, Chad has led his client's through a wide variety of construction projects with his industry background and consulting services.

Chad is a 2012 graduate of both the Community Leadership Program sponsored by the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and Barton Leadership Program sponsored by Forum 35. He sits on the Board of Directors for many local Non-Profit organizations and is heavily involved with local programs focused on providing a better environment and education for children.

Cameron Hernandez, Project Manager & Lead Estimator

Cameron earned a bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana in General Studies and pursued an early career in education and coaching. After determining his passion for construction, he found himself on site learning the business from the ground up. He offers a unique perspective to the team and brings 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Cameron is in charge of estimating and managing the bid process, including conceptual estimates for design-build proposals, project budgets and buyout. As project manager he is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and monitoring all aspects of construction work on site.

Jonathan Stewart, Superintendent

Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He brings 15 years of construction experience to the Centurion team. Throughout high school and college, Jonathan was drawn to the industry gaining experience in concrete and concrete repair. With his degree, he furthered his career through the construction and remodeling of residential homes and commercial projects. As superintendent he is responsible for coordinating all activities of various trades and subcontractors. He develops and maintains the construction schedule ensuring all activities are completed on time. He is responsible for overall site safety and is OSHA certified.
